How does AI Bill Scanning work?
Take a photo of your supplier's bill using your phone camera. AI reads the supplier name, items, quantities, rates, and GST — then auto-fills your purchase entry. Just review and save. Saves 15+ minutes per purchase entry.
How does Voice Billing work?
Tap the mic button on POS, say something like 'do Crocin aur teen bandaid' in Hindi, English, or Hinglish. AI understands what you said, matches items from your catalog, and adds them to cart. Bill in seconds — no typing needed.

How does the Starter plan work?
You pay ₹199/month which includes 200 invoices and 2 users (400 invoices with launch bonus). If you create more, each additional invoice costs ₹1. Billing is postpaid — you pay at the end of the month.
When should I switch to Growth?
When you want AI features (bill scanning, voice billing, smart insights) or when you regularly cross 40+ bills per day. Growth at ₹1,199/month gives you unlimited invoices, 3 users, plus all AI features.
Do I really not need an accountant?
For day-to-day billing and bookkeeping — no. Pharmbells handles GST-ready invoices, profit reports, stock tracking, and customer balances automatically. With AI on Growth, it even gives you business insights and recommendations. You may still want a CA for annual filing.
Is my billing safe from staff manipulation?
Yes. Fixed Price Guard locks item prices so staff can't change them. Every transaction is logged with salesperson tracking. Our Security Audit Report detects any suspicious changes — like items being replaced on draft invoices.
